Return Policy
RETURNS ON ONLINE ORDERS
Within 21 days of the purchase date, please email your return request to ciolinodrugs@gmail.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your phone number. Once your return request is received and approved, you will have 5 days to ship the item(s) back to us at 7335 Jefferson Highway, Suite 300A, Harahan, LA 70123. Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached.Once your return is received, we will credit your original form of payment and email your receipt. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to be processed. Original shipping charges are not refundable and customer must pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.The following are
FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
-Clearance items (discounted 20% or more)
- Seasonal/holiday items
- Perishable items (food, etc)
EXCHANGES ON ONLINE ORDERS
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return and then place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you need to apply prior discounts on your new order, please email us at ciolinodrugs@gmail.com
IN STORE PICK UP
You may choose to pick up your online order at 7335 Jefferson Highway, Suite 330a, just select that option at check out. Online orders will be ready for in-store pick up within 1-3 business days. Please wait for a confirmation email so you know that your order is ready for pick up. Orders will be held for 45 days, after which, customers will receive a final notice phone call and or/an email. If an order is not picked up after 45 days, the order will be restocked, and is not eligible for refund.
SHIPPING
You may choose to have your online order shipped within the US, just select that option at check out. Online orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days, and will arrive in approximately 2-10 business days after shipping date. If you need to expedite shipment please email us at ciolinodrugs@gmail.com. This applies only to the continental United States. Please note: If your actual shipping charges exceed the amount initially calculated at checkout, you will be responsible for the additional fees. We’ll notify you before processing your order to confirm the extra charges. We appreciate your understanding.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order was damaged during shipment please email us at ciolinodrugs@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the package and we will file a claim with the carrier. You must include a picture of the damage item(s). If you have not received your order within 12 days of shipping confirmation please email us at ciolinodrugs@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Online orders may be canceled within the same day and during store hours, if your order has not been processed. Once your order has been shipped they cannot be canceled. If you would like to cancel an order please email us at ciolinodrugs@gmail.com with your name and order number. Or call us at 504-602-9744 during store hours. Please note that a convenience charge may be applied to order cancellations.
RETURN POLICY FOR IN STORE PURCHASES
Within 15 days of purchase date, regular priced items with an original receipt may be refunded, exchanged or returned for store credit. Regular priced items with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Items must be unworn and unused with original tags.
